Shipping Methods And Delivery Times

We only ship in Switzerland.

Shipments will be effected from Monday to Friday. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the next Monday morning or, in case of holidays, from the next suitable work/business day thereafter.

Deliveries to users are effected from Monday to Friday, to the address specified when placing the order by the users themselves.

POMORALLY S.A.G.L. ships all over Switzerland using carrier service provided by Swiss Post.

Up to 50 Kg 3 – 6 Days 40,00 CHF

For shipments above 50 kg you will be contacted to agree on the cost of shipping.

Please Consider That Delivery Time Is To Be Calculated In Work/Business Days.

The orders relating to items which are already available are shipped on the first work/business day after the one on which the order has been placed, upon receiving confirmation about the regularity of the transaction itself.
Payments will be charged to your credit card on the same day the order confirmation has been made.

PROMORALLY S.A.G.L. reserves the right to postpone shipment should events which do not depend on the company occur. In this case, you will be duly notified and kept informed of your order status through e-mail.

As For Items Listed As Pre-Ordered, Shipment Will Be Effected Upon Arrival Of The Items In The Warehouse.

Items listed as pre-ordered are shipped as soon as your payment has been verified and items have been proven to be available. Payments will be charged to your credit card on the same day the shipping takes place.

Order Delivery

When receiving the order, customers are kindly requested to carefully check the package before signing the shipping receipt. This is necessary to prove the delivery has taken place and to check that the item/s ordered has/have not been damaged during transportation. PROMORALLY S.A.G.L. packages are carefully and securely packed, so no claims for damages to the item/s will be accepted if the customer has signed the shipping receipt without drawing attention to the damaged item inside the package, as stated by PROMORALLY S.A.G.L.
